We are Established. Perdido Key Resort Management was founded in 2005. Our leadership team has more combined years of management and hospitality experience than most competitors, and our team is dedicated to exceeding the expectations of both our guests and home owners.
We are Branded. The Perdido Key Resort Management name is well known in the area and well trusted by our owners and guests. We have built a portfolio of high quality Perdido Sun vacation homes along with a reputation for offering unmatched hospitality. Along with owning and operating Perdido Key Resort Management which manages vacation rental condos and homes in more than a dozen Perdido Key resorts, we are also fellow condo owners in the Perdido Sun(condo 614).
We know Marketing. Our marketing plan is implemented and managed by an experienced and motivated team of marketing experts. We are committed to Owner Relations. Our GM, JD Hallam, is dedicated to serving as your personal connection to Perdido Key Resort Management. We will begin our onboarding process quickly to completely set up our homes for vacation rental, including registrations with the state and county taxing authorities. Additionally, our team routinely complete quality assurance inspections in an effort to communicate with owners any necessary replacement equipment or upgrades needed.
Each home owner in the Perdido Key Resort Management program is also set up with a personalized online account, kept secure with a unique login and password. Through this system, you are able to access monthly statements, occupancy reports and request owner reservations.
